The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan has been helping millions of men and women all over the world successfully lose weight and keep it off for over 30 years.

So how does the plan work?
There are different steps to choose from (which are flexible enough to fit in with any lifestyle), along with one-to-one support from me, your very own Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant. We will work out the most suitable one for you at our first meeting. The step we choose will also take into account how much you weigh, how much you want to lose and how quickly you wish to lose it. We also consider your medical status alongside your lifestyle – job, activity levels, family etc.
We may choose the Total Diet Replacement option, or opt for one of the programmes that include healthy eating alongside meal replacements.
We would meet weekly for a consultation at my home office, where your weight and measurements would be checked, support, advice and plenty of motivation offered and you would collect your products for the next week.
There’s a delicious range of nutritionally balanced products including porridge, shakes, soups, meal packs and bars (yes, there’s even chocolate ones!).
Once you reach your goal, the support doesn’t end there. You can still pop in for a weigh and measure to keep you on track for as long as you need to.
There are no joining fees, contracts or consultation fees. You just pay for the products you need each week.
When I first discovered Cambridge Weight Plan 2 years ago, I couldn’t believe how quick the results were. I’d allowed myself 6 months to get in shape for an upcoming holiday but within 2 months I had exceeded my goal and have maintained it ever since. Seeing quick results helped me to keep my focus until I got to where I wanted to be. I feel a gazillion times better and have been lucky to become a consultant – a job that I absolutely LOVE!
