My laptop died unexpectedly. I contacted infinite tech consulting late in the evening. The very next morning they rang me. They arranged to pick up laptop to retrieve the data from my hard drive. It was collected from me at 10 am and returned the same day with a USB stick by 2.45pm. Fantastic – no fuss, no bother job done. I am planning on taking them up on their monthly remote service option as a result.
