Say ciao to Tre Ciccio!’

26 Bramhall Lane South Bramhall SK7 1AF

Born on a warm summer’s evening in Campania, Southern Italy, and taking inspiration from the region’s speciality roast chicken and staple street food, Pizza Neopolitana, the Tre Ciccio concept was born.

Meaning ‘three chubby friends’, Tre Ciccio is the product of a passion shared between head chef Francesco Scafuri, James Gingell and Alan Richie. Having met and worked together previously, the trio are determined to bring the passion, flavours and vibrancy of an Italian trattoria to Bramhall. Inspired by the family-run village restaurant Francesco came across on his visit home to Italy, Tre Ciccio encapsulates the warmth and authenticity of a small Italian kitchen whilst sitting comfortably in the cosmopolitan offering of the village’s food scene.

Stylish stripped-back brickwork and warm woods combined with crisp white linen and sparkling glassware are Tre Ciccio’s trademarks, making for a real authentic Italian experience in the heart of Bramhall.

Amongst a list of delicious and classic dishes, the restaurant boasts of their unique offering of roast chicken and potatoes sitting alongside wood-fired pizza as their hero dishes. Choose the pizza and you’ll enjoy a light digestible crust baked in their specialist oven topped with their special pizza sauce and a variety of classic and gourmet toppings. They’re designed for picking up, with floppy, soft, light and easy to digest bases perfect for folding with your fingers and tucking into your mouth, the Neapolitan way.

Taking pride in sourcing quality food from Italy and the UK, Tre Ciccio source their poultry from local award-winning farm Johnson & Swarbrick, in Goosnargh. Their ‘Pollo all Diavola’ comes coated in their own secret marinade and slow-roasted before being traditionally served accompanied by roasted potatoes on a platter, perfect to share with your family, friends or even a loved one.

Open Monday through to Sunday, Tre Ciccio also serves breakfast from 10 am and carries on service to lunch through to dinner. For local workers or those in a hurry, their pizza and chicken is also available for takeaway, firmly securing Tre Ciccio as an unrivalled food and drink destination for all eventualities.

Popped in for breakfast meeting – food was fabulous. Servers were attentive without continually interrupting us. We sat out the front for a while and the waitress told us about the heaters under each table so we could stay a little warmer. I enjoyed the selection of breakfasts in keeping with the Italian theme. Coffee tasted good and they have alternative milks which is good for me. Lovely place. I also learned they offer free coffee to those passing to help them along with their day how lovely
