Sweaty Mama is a unique, fun and effective post natal fitness class allowing you to exercise with your baby/toddler. Babies from 6 weeks to 4 years plus. More than 1 child welcome!
The classes work on all areas of fitness, from cardio exercises through to the conditioning of your body. All the instructors are level 3 in pre and post natal and classes are specifically designed so that over the course of sessions you gradually build up your fitness level and strengthen your core to rehabilitate your body after having a baby. We do the workouts to upbeat music, that you and the kids will love! They are so much fun!
The idea of the class as well, is you get to bond with your baby while working out, or not have to worry about childcare! You can have them in a sling (we are trained in sling safety as well), next to you playing or free hold. Whatever works for you and baby.
