I’m Scarlett Power and I help women build strength and confidence.

I’m a personal trainer and pole fitness instructor who specialises in weight loss and womens fitness. My aim is to help you achieve your fitness goals while enjoying training and life!

My sessions are accessible based on you, they can be based either in Asylum gym or an online program. So whether you’re wanting to lose weight, tone up, build endurance, lift weights or just need that first push getting back to fitness, im here for you.

Feeling healthy and strong is a major confidence booster for anyone. I want to help women build strength and confidence. All my clients receive a tailored programme to them based on their body and goals.
