I honestly can’t say enough good things about Manchester Occupational Therapy services! I had fought for 4 years to have my daughter assessed on the NHS and was discharged 6 times without ever being seen. The assessment and report were thorough and my daughter enjoyed the experience as they make it as fun as possible. The report contained recommendations and a detailed profile of my daughters needs. I used the report in an EHCP tribunal and managed to secure it. Fabulous service!
Manchester OT are incredible! From the first contact through to the actual assessment, they were caring, understanding, supportive and went out of their way to help us. My child has barely left the house in 6mths and almost didn’t make it to the assessment. She came home and told her siblings: “I had a really great afternoon. It was lots of fun and the lady was really lovely.” The therapist completely put her at ease, took everything at my daughter’s pace & completely understood her needs.
Outstanding service. Paula made the assessment fun for my son. I learned loads and the report was incredibly detailed and informative for purpose of support for my son and information for ehcp application. Communication and service also faultless. Worth every penny.
A fantastic, child-focused service. My child has some social and communication issues and sees Ashleigh for Lego-based therapy weekly. Her nurturing approach has meant that this is a highlight each week, and there’s been a noticeable improvement in communication at home and school. Would certainly recommend.
