    Contacted Michelle for a quote to change shower cubicle in an en suite bathroom and fit a basin vanity unit in the family bathroom in November. Agreed a date and approximate time for her to attend to advise and give us some ideas. I explained that my husband could be available until 3pm and gave 3 contact numbers in the event of a problem. Unfortunately Michelle didn’t turn up and didn’t call to apologise, explain or rearrange.
    Disappointing as she came very highly recommended

    Michelle came to my house a couple of weeks ago to move some pipework and place some new pipes in ready for my new kitchen. She was very professional, friendly and did a great job. She turned up on time. Would highly recommend Michelle too anyone.

    I am really pleased with the work Michelle did and would highly recommend the company. I asked Michelle to come and look at a leak under our bath. Michelle arrived promptly and was extremely professional and friendly. She quickly identified the problem and was able to give me a quote there and then for the necessary work. Michelle carried out the work the following week. Her work was of an excellent standard, I would highly recommend her services.

    I initially contacted Michelle on 19th July as I needed a soil pipe fixing. The problem was diagnosed about 3 weeks later, but not fixed. It is now nearly mid September and Michelle yet again has cancelled. I would not recommend this company to anyone, extremely unprofessional and she knew this work needed to be done prior to my imminent kitchen installation.

    Maggie first contacted me on 19th July to arrange an appointment. Unfortunately I then had to cancel this due having to take my mum to an hospital appointment.

    Appointment was made for the 9th August, where floor boards were taken up to diagnose the problem. Work was booked in but i had to cancel due to my own illness and been laid up in bed for 6 days.

    Sorry for any inconvenience caused, but unfortunately could not be helped.

    2 small Jobs were done satisfactorily however one was a disappointment and though requested politely to return and complete, it was promised but never happened ….clearly a pattern here…..Would not recommend at all

    I emailed Sheila on 25th September 2019 with a quote for the job she wanted doing. In this case changing a valve on a radiator. Shelia replies on 4th October accepting the price, and informed me she had another ‘couple of jobs that need addressing’.

    Work was booked in for 14th October, and was Invoiced for supplying and fitting a new TRV for a Radiator, balancing the radiators and outside tap.

    I had to chase Shelia for payment.

    Shelia wanted the silicone around the bath redoing, I wasn’t able to give Shelia a date as my mum was waiting to undergo major heart surgery, and her operation date had already changed twice, Shelia was fully aware of this. Unfortunately this surgery didn’t go to well and my mum had multiple complications, and wasn’t able to book Shelia’s work in before the new year.

    In the last month emailed Shelia twice, last one 10th February 2020. Explaining that I have no correspondence from her, nor has she replied to either of my emails and if should would like to book resealing the bath.
