Sports Massage: Sports massage or ‘deep tissue’ massage is a form of massage involving the manipulation of soft tissue to benefit a person engaged in regular physical activity. The application of sports massage, prior to and after exercise, can enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury.

Dry Needling and Acupuncture: Dry needling is a treatment technique whereby a sterile, single-use, fine filament needle (acupuncture needle) is inserted into the muscle to assist with decreasing pain and improving function through the release of myofascial trigger points (knots in muscle).

Pelvic Health Physiotherapy: Fusion Health Physiotherapy is proud to provide expert specialist assessment and treatment for a variety of pelvic health conditions such as urinary incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic girdle pain and recovery from gynaecological surgery. We also provide antenatal and postnatal assessment and treatment and are proud providers of The Mummy MOT, a specialist postnatal assessment involving pelvic floor assessment, postural assessment and abdominal muscle assessment.

Home Visits: If you can’t come to us, we can come to you! We offer 30 minute and 60 minute home visit appointments within the local area. Travel and extra time to get to you is included in the price. Any travel required beyond a 5 mile radius of the clinic will be quoted accordingly

Clinical Pilates: Our Pilates sessions can be modified and adapted to treat injury and pain. Clinical Pilates is used to improve the alignment of the body. Our muscles don’t work in isolation therefore we take a whole body approach to strengthening by training myofascial slings and moving our bodies in a way they are designed to move. We work to retrain normal movement patterns, regain strength in weakened areas and length in tight areas as well as mobilising our joints is all part of what we teach in our classes and 1-1 sessions.

Reformer 1-1 Pilates: No piece of Pilates equipment is more famous than the Pilates Reformer. The secret of Reformer Pilates is its ability to train many parts and dynamics of the body in so many different ways with just one sleek piece of equipment.
