Hi! My name is Aimee and I have been teaching music-led fitness classes at Manchester Rugby Club in Cheadle Hulme for almost a decade. My classes are open to the community on a pay as you go basis so there are no memberships or joining fees to pay. The club offers plenty of free onsite parking and my classes are held in the main function room.
Whether you are new to group fitness or are returning to exercise, I offer a diverse range of classes in order to keep your weekly workouts varied and exciting. My classes are music-led as I believe a good soundtrack can really enhance your workout and the class atmosphere too!
For those of you who would like something to keep you motivated with exercise, I offer discounted loyalty cards in blocks of 5, 10 & 20 classes which are valid for 6 weeks. These can be used across all that I teach.
You can choose from dance based classes like Zumba, to high energy boxing in Konga, strength training using free weights and body conditioning using a chair as support in Seduto Fitness. These classes vary in their levels of intensity and impact, but I ensure there are simplified modifications or ways to increase difficulty for those wanting progression.
