Church View, 8 Mariners Court, Trearddur Bay, Anglesey LL65 2YJ

Church View is 3 bedroom detached house located in a quiet cul de sac a few hundred yards from the main beach and promenade at Trearddur Bay. It is easy to access and find thanks to the A55. Ideally located to take advantage of the resort’s main amenities, there are several bars, restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. Larger stores and supermarkets are located nearby at the Holyhead Retail Park.

This is a very family friendly house. Besides lots of games, toys and books, there is a cot with a mattress, highchairs and a stair gate. So the house is perfect for younger children.

Unlimited high speed fibre broadband is provided.
There is parking for two cars on the driveway.

The open plan lounge and dining area has large patio doors that lead onto an enclosed courtyard garden. It is set up perfectly for outdoor dining with a table, chairs and a gas BBQ. There is a shed with buckets, spades, crab lines, and beach chairs.

The kitchen is very well equipped and provides all home comforts including a good-sized fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
There is a downstairs WC.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms sleeping 7 in total plus a cot. The master bedroom has a king size bed. There is a twin bedroom and triple bedroom with a bunk bed and trundle (perfect for children but suitable for adults due to its big bed frame and excellent quality mattresses).

There is a bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle.
Church View is the perfect base for a family holiday with Trearddur Bay boasting a wonderful holiday vibe throughout the year. The fine, award winning sandy beach is perfect for families, surfers, windsurfers and kite-surfers. The beautiful large sandy beach has a protected bathing area marked by buoys.

The rocky coves, sandy beaches and grassy banks make Trearddur Bay an exceptionally beautiful part of Anglesey. With the relatively sheltered offshore reefs and incredibly clear water, diving enthusiasts from all over Britain are attracted to the area.

Besides those wanting to enjoy the sea and sand, walkers will enjoy the area too, as it is close to the Island’s 125 mile coastal path. The Anglesey Coastal Footpath takes you to neighbouring Rhoscolyn, or head towards Porth Dafarch to visit South Stack lighthouse and the RSPB Reserve at Penrhos Feilw, once a Bronze Age ritual site.

We stayed here at the end of September with my husband, inlaws and 2 very young children. We loved it, the house is beautiful and immaculate. Its very child friendly and my 2 year old daughter loved her bedroom, the toys and books were very popular! The house is a 3 minute walk to the beach where we spent most days and then popped into the sea shanty for ice cream. Would highly recommend.

This is a lovely house in an amazing location. The house has been recently refurbished and is extremely well equipped, especially for families. There are 3 bedrooms and lots of toys, games and books for young visitors. The beach at Trearddur Bay is literally a couple of minutes walk away and there are some great places for food (and drink!) and ice cream, all overlooking the beach. Trearddur is literally just off the main road into Holyhead so really easy access too. Highly recommended!

Our family has just left Church View after our first visit to Trearddur Bay (August 2017)We loved the property and its location so close to the beach. Our children aged 7,5 and 1 were delighted with the bunks, Lego and books in the house and we adults appreciated all the little things that were there to help with our stay – travel cot and bedding, blackout blinds, plastic cups and cutlery, night lights etc. The place was decorated to a very high standard & so we would love to go back!
