My name is Aimee and I have been working as a Fitness Instructor and Nutritional Therapist for more than a decade. I have always had a passion for fitness especially dance and throughout my career, I have drawn on my 30+ years of dance knowledge to create the ultimate workout experiences for my clients. I am continually training and expanding my portfolio to increase the services I have to offer and I am always excited to bring new ideas and classes to you!
All of the programs I teach apart from Zumba have been designed by me, based on what my clients enjoy and what results they want to achieve. Whether you are striving to improve your co-ordination, stamina, strength or flexibility, there is something for you!
My fitness classes are music-led to help lift your mood, keep you motivated, de-stress and inject some fun into your workout, without it feeling like ‘hard work’. Routines are exciting and easy to follow and these highly addictive classes really are feel good fitness at their best!
My fitness classes are available to you in a variety of formats. Whether you join me in class face-to-face or online live or pre-recorded, I am there for you when you need me. Access to my online classes is simple and you can’t be seen by anyone else when you take part, so whether you join me from your kitchen or living room, it’s just you, the routines and the music!
Alongside my fitness classes, I also offer nutritional support. As a certified Nutritional Therapist, I run regular group programs throughout the year along with one to one coaching and my goal is to give you the tools and nutritional knowledge that fits into your lifestyle, so that you don’t need to continue revisiting slimming clubs, fad diets or surviving on shakes and smoothies when you don’t feel like the best version of you. My program is adaptable as I understand not one size fits all and over the years, my clients have successfully lost weight and kept it off, making lifestyle changes and not going for quick fixes.
We are a welcoming, unfiltered and unedited community of real people who are juggling the stresses of the everyday work/life balance. My aim is to give you a mental escape during your workout and increased nutritional knowledge, helping you to achieve the results and goals you set yourself. The best part of my job is knowing how much being a part of my clients lives means to them and watching their successes unfold right in front of their eyes.
